Return Policy


At Dreambox Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

 


 


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and ties still attached

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been installed, combed, brushed, cut, colored, or removed from the bundle ties.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Installed hair
  • Custom or pre-order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards



Return Process

To start a return, please email us at [your email] with:


  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:


  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any exchange requests.



Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
