PROCESSING & SHIPPING

ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

• Your item arrived damaged
To qualify for review:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Hair must be unused and unaltered
• Original packaging must be intact
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order purchases reserve inventory that is not immediately available. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeframe listed on the product page. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
FRAUD PREVENTION
